Louis Armstrong has been in the food industry professionally for 10+ years and received a degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho.  His short list of qualifications include:

  • Operations Management
  • Dairy Product Development
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance
  • Ice Cream Explorer

Louis got the idea for this protein ice cream back in 2011 and finally took the plunge full time to make this wonderful idea a reality in 2016!

His knowledge and expertise in the food industry will bring the best possible experience for Killer Whey! customers.
